Rep. Robin Kelly on America’s Gun Problem. After taking over the House floor after the slaughter of 49 people at the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Florida, Democrats who are in the minority in the House find themselves rallying to wake Republicans to action yet again.

Only days after Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) was shot on a baseball field, Republicans still remain silent on the gun issue.
