The Agenda: #BlackLIvesMatter Activists Launch Campaign Zero

Campaign Zero. “You’re going to have to come together as a movement and say, ‘Here’s what we want done about it,'” Clinton said in a meeting with Black Lives Matter activists last week.

And here it is. It was here already on websites and in what activists were saying over and over again and every protest and interview on TV.  But, just to make it easy for everyone claiming that Black Lives Matter didn’t have an “ask,” there is now a handy graphic and a website of specific policy demands from Black Lives Matter activists.

The policy requests include demanding an end to broken windows policing, police training and an end to for-profit policing. You would think that conservatives would be attracted to the “less government” proposals in Campaign Zero.  But keeping their game connected to Southern strategy is more important.  It will be interesting to see if the Libertarian wing of the GOP catches on.
