Ray Baker Talks with Terri Sewell. In this installment of CBC Today, journalist Ray Baker interviews Congresswoman Terri Sewell (D-AL) about the 50th anniversary of the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church.

On Sunday, September 15, 1963, members of the Ku Klux Klan, planted dynamite outside the basement of the 16th Street Baptist Church.   The explosion killed four girls: Addie Mae Collins, Carole Robertson, Cynthia Wesley and Denise McNair.  The violent incident marked a major turning point of the civil rights movement.
