George Zimmerman: Killer of Trayvon Martin in Trouble w/ Police Yet Again

Is it just me or is the killer of Trayvon Martin, celebrated by those on Fox News and his defense attorneys, always in trouble?

First it was the whole “he shot a teen” issue. Then there was a visit to a gun factory. Then there were two stops for speeding. Now, his wife, who is filing for divorce, claims Zimmerman threatened her and her father with a gun.  Zimmerman is clearly enroute to making all who have supported him look like fools.

USA TODAY reports:  “George Zimmerman’s wife called police, saying he threatened her and her dad with a gun, the Associated Press reported. WKMG-TV in Orlando also reported on the altercation with another person involving a threat. Zimmerman was acquitted in July in the high-profile shooting death of teenager Trayvon Martin. Last week, his wife, Shellie Zimmerman, said she was filing for divorce.”

  1. He’s just like OJ. He should just call it a win and live quietly. But now he is above the law and plans on showing it. If he makes to prison, he won’t survive. I hope he wakes up and smells the second chance and goes away quietly. But these types rarely do.

  2. The problem has been the focus on irrelevant arguments – some of which are actually unsupported by the evidence.

    1. ‘George Zimmerman (GZ) racially profiled Trayvon Martin (TM)’ There is no evidence of this.

    2. ‘GZ disobeyed an order by the police’ * The civilian dispatcher, Sean Noffke, testified that he did not give GZ an order and, in fact, he, like his fellow dispatchers, are trained not make comments that sound like commands. * Noffke also testified under cross that, as a result of his asking GZ which way TM was going, GZ could have reasonably interpreted this as being asked to follow Martin. * It is also not a crime in Florida to disregard a comment made by a civilian dispatcher.

    3. ‘GZ got out of his car’ Not a crime on public property and not negligent either.

    4. ‘GZ followed TM’ Again, anyone can follow anyone on a public street unless the followee has obtained a restraining order against the follower and even there, the RS only places time, place, and manner restrictions on the person enjoined.

    5. ‘GZ wasn’t really injured’ * Under Florida’s self-defense laws, one doesn’t have to be injured AT ALL to use deadly force * No one is required to refrain from defending himself while another is engaged in or attempting to commit a felony.

    6. ‘TM is dead through no fault of his own’ * If you believe that TM assaulted GZ, then he IS dead as a result of his own actions.

    7. ‘GZ could have left’ * Under Florida law, there is not a duty to withdraw rather than use deadly force * TM was straddling GZ so how the latter was supposed to leave the scene is unanswered.

    8. ‘GZ was armed and TM wasn’t’ * One’s fists can be considered weapons and can result in severe bodily harm or death. * GZ was legally carrying a weapon * There is no requirement under the law that the same weapon be used by the assailant * A homeowner can kill an intruder whether or not he has been threatened * Those that attack cannot feign surprise if they are met with superior firepower.

    9. ‘Stand Your Ground!’ * SYG is NOT at issue in this trial. * The defense is a classic self-defense case.

    10. ‘Black men NEVER get to use SYG!’ * Wrong

    11. ‘GZ is a man and TM was a boy!’ * As if ‘boys’ don’t commit murder, rape, and assault everyday in this country.

    • 1. GZ did profile Trayvon. Whether it was racially or not. He saw someone that wasn’t engaged in criminal activity and assumed they were a criminal.

      2. Reasonable advice that Zimmerman UNDERSTOOD as an order to stop following Trayvon (GZ said so in his written statement to the police). Culpable behavior on the part of Zimmerman

      3. Culpable behavior on Zimmermans part.

      4. Culpable behavior on Zimmermans part.

      5. it is interesting that you state that Zimmerman didnt have to be injured at all to use deadly force, yet insist on calling trayvons force an attack when Zimmerman took it upon himself to leave his truck to run after and search for someone that initially ran away from him.

      6. Self defense law in Florida would give Trayvon the right to use force in self defense if he believed. Zimmerman would IMMINENTLY use unlawful force upon him. This belief is based off of his perception, and not on whether or not GZ was actually intending to use said unlawful force. Zimmerman leaving his truck and running after Trayvon while not identifying himself and stating his intent, is certainly grounds for Trayvon to have such a belief.

      7. Trayvon did not have a duty to withdraw either. So what’s your point?

      8. Don’t be coy. Bare hands are nowhere nearly as effective as a gun is to result in serious bodily harm or death. Not even in the same ballpark. Punching someone in the face is not deadly force. If you are in an argument with someone and you haul off and punch the guy in his jaw, even if you break his jaw, iyou would probably be charged with simple assault or battery. Stating that a home owner can kill an intruder is irrelevant because Trayvon was not in Zimmermans home. Also, you keep inserting your assumption that Trayvon attacked Zimmerman and wasn’t indeed defending himself.

      9. The defense formed an argument around SYG and SYG was in the jury instructions.

      10. The cases where black men have successfully argued stand your ground against a white person are statistically much lower per capita in Florida. Of course, the fact is that florida’s laws are jacked up to the point where you have people shooting and killing unarmed people that are WALKING AWAY by shooting them IN THE BACK and there are no charges brought.

      11. There is still a difference between a man and a boy. Women and girls are capable of all those things too, but the fact that they are female factors in to the estimations that are placed upon the participants. You can’t argue that someone could possibly do harm as an excuse to kill. ANYONE could potentially do harm. But if you have a 50 pound weight advantage and are a man, you have less of an excuse.

  3. I guess when GZ murders the next victim some will still defend his actions. I hope it does not happen but probably will. All of you defenders have empowered him.

    • GZ and his family have been through a lot. He needs to watch his step. He is a prime target for leftist media and other idiots. So the best thing he can do is distance himself from that fruit cake of a soon to be ex-wife or she will ruin the rest of his life.

      • Rey: How idiotic of you to say what a child murderer and his defensive family have been through! The MARTINS have been through hell. My heart is with them, as should yours, fool.

  4. George I the nra. I hope there proud and stand behind him now Fox new is proud of him. They to shoukd stand behind him. Hope to hear from Ted Nugent I’m sure he’s proud of this behavior as well

    • George is I the nra. I hope there proud and stand behind him now Fox new is proud of him. They too should stand behind him. Hope to hear from Ted Nugent I’m sure he’s proud of this behavior as well

  5. This challenge in dreams, bad dreams or night terrors is the fact they are all simply related to the personal interpretation it includes for that affected individual who have the dream. A couple of folks may have a very much the same dream but indicate different things with regards to one another. And you simply must keep an open mind when reviewing the details inside the dream.
