What Makes This Person a Game Changer: In 2007 and 2008, experienced business and community leader Harold T. Epps assumed the president and chief executive officer position, respectively, at PRWT Services. PRWT is one of the largest minority-owned enterprises in the United States, and it is well known for providing quality business process solutions, support services and facilities to various government and commercial groups. Prior to working at PRWT, Epps worked at the Quadrant-Engineering Plastics Products as its Vice President of the Supply Chain in North America. He also worked at the Menasha Corporation as President of Poly-Hi Solidur Americas, which had been acquired by Quadrant-EPP in 2005. Epps has also been General Manager of Inner City, Inc., a subsidiary of the Polaroid Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. In addition, he is Co-Chair for Comcast’s National African American Advisory Council, Vice Chairman of the African American Museum in Philadelphia, a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and a Board of Trustee at his alma mater, North Carolina Central University.
