Prior to being appointed to that role, Dubois – a Pentecostal minister – was the director of religious affairs for the 2008 Obama Election Campaign. Before serving for the Obama Administration, he was an Associate Pastor at a church in Cambridge, Mass. and worked on Capitol Hill.
