What Makes This Person a Game Changer: Dubbed as President Obama’s “Pastor-In-Chief,” Joshua DuBois currently serves as the Chief of the White House’s Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Prior to being appointed to that role, Dubois – a Pentecostal minister – was the director of religious affairs for the 2008 Obama Election Campaign.  Before serving for the Obama Administration, he was an Associate Pastor at a church in Cambridge, Mass. and worked on Capitol Hill. He earned a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
