What Makes This Person a Game Changer:  Craig L. Collins currently serves as President of Business Services, for Time Warner Cable’s $1B West Region group. In this role, Mr. Collins, oversees sales, marketing and operations for commercial services, which include data, phone, video, wireless and Ethernet services to businesses of all sizes. The West Region’s 29-state footprint includes Southern California, Hawaii, Texas, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin.

Prior to his role as President, Business Services, West Region Mr. Collins served as Senior Vice President, Business Services Sales and Marketing, for Time Warner Cable Business Class.   In that role, Mr. Collins oversaw the successful expansion of Time Warner Cable’s Business Services division.

Before joining Time Warner Cable, Mr. Collins served as President of SMB and Hosting (web hosting, email, DNS, cloud computing & SaaS) at XO Communications.  His previous roles at XO Communications included a yearlong assignment as Vice President and General Manager of Nextlink Wireless, an XO company.  Mr. Collins also served as Vice President of XO where he led product management, marketing and communications and was responsible for their $1.5B product portfolio.

Mr. Collins’ has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry including leadership roles with Bell Atlantic, focused on enterprise markets and small business sales, along with several years in the AT&T organization in progressively responsible sales, sales management and product management positions.

Mr. Collins’s winning nature was defined early in his career through his contributions as a professional basketball player in Europe, and as the 20-year NCAA Division I free-throw percentage record holder (95.9%), a record set while playing basketball for Penn State University. Mr. Collins was the team captain and most valuable player for Penn State in his senior year.

Mr. Collins holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and institution management from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.

Mr. Collins currently is a member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), The Time Warner Cable Executive Diversity Committee, as well as an active member of the Georgetown and Penn State Alumni Associations.
