What Makes The Person A Game Changer: Aaron Smith is the co-founder and executive director of Young Invincibles, an organization dedicated to making sure the voices of young adults between the ages of 18 and 34 were being heard in conversations regarding their future.. Prior to cofounding Young Invincibles, Smith worked for the office of Congressman Chris Van Hollen and the Emmaus Services for the Aging. He also worked as a campaign manager of a New York State Assembly race and the chief legislative aide for the Yonkers City Council president. In 2010 he testified before the Senate Commerce Committee on the problems with “mini-med” plans and how they fail to provide affordable health care for young workers.
