What Makes The Person A Game Changer: Alma Morales Riojas leads the oldest national Latina membership organization in the United States.  Prior to leading MANA, she served as the national executive director of Federally Employed Women, and the associate director of the National Network of Runaway and Youth Services. Riojas was also instrumental in developing the first Affirmative Action and Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment Plans for the Offices of the Secretary of Defencse and Joint Chiefs of Staff while working as the expert consultant for The Pentagon. During the Regean Administration, she worked on the White House Personnel Office specializing in Hispanic and women’s recruitment and placement.

Ms. Riojas has served on numerous boards, commissions, national committees and task forces, and received numerous professional and civic awards, including the President’s Outstanding Achievement Award from the National Association of Hispanic Federal Executives.
