A federal court in Virginia has ruled that the state cannot challenge the new federal law on health care.

The ruling came from the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in Richmond.

The ruling stops a suit filed by Virginia’s attorney general, Ken Cuccinelli, who brought the case in an effort to have the courts strike down or limit the health-care law.

Efforts by attorney generals in other states have met with mixed results in the federal courts.

  1. Yep, a decision by 3 extreme left-wing judges–2 appointed by Obama, 1 appointed by Clinton. No lower court decision will mean anything–the Supreme Court will decide.
