Recording artist Wyclef Jean, who became a major advocate for Haitian relief after the country’s devastating earthquake, is now set to announce his candidacy for president, sources say.
Jean will announce exclusively on “Larry King Live” that he is running for president of Haiti, according to CNN.

The Grammy award-winning is a self-described goodwill ambassador and a humanitarian.
Through his Yele Haiti Foundation founded in 2005, Jean has addressed such issues as education, sports, the arts, community service and the environment.
