Politic365 has received endorsements from several national organizations after being recognized for commitment and dedication to using technology to convey stories and issues of African-Americans that is usually lacking in mainstream media.
The online magazine at www.politic365.com has been endorsed by the National Organization of Black Elected Legislative Women (NOBEL) Women, the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCO) and the National Conference of Black Mayors (NCBM).
NOBEL Women is a non-profit, non-partisan organization comprised of current and former black women legislators, representing 223 women who serve 15 million Americans. It was founded in 1985 to increase and promote the presence of black women in government and has since expanded its vision to serve as a global voice to address issues affecting the lives of all women.
“Politic365 is a platform that NOBEL Women will rely on upon for political and policy commentary in the interest of African American communities,” NOBEL Women’s endorsement letter stated.
NACBO was formed in 1975 to provide an organizational structure for black county officials to review, share and develop responses to local and national issues, its letter said. NABCO is an affiliation of the National Association of County Officials, which has a membership of more than 2,000 counties that represents more than 247 million Americans.
“We support your mission to deliver and use modern technology to convey diverse voices of African Americans in a way that is seldom seen in today’s mainstream media landscape,” NABCO said.
NCBM represents more than 650 black mayors across the country, representing 48 million citizens. Officials said they look forward to a partnership with Politic365.
